Custom software, websites and automation

Less busywork, fewer handoffs, and more of every day spent on the work you love.

What I build

Pick one or combine a few. Most of my projects end up using more than one.

  • Custom software

Web apps and SaaS products, from the first idea to a live release. Accounts, payments, data and the admin side come with it, so what you launch runs like a business, not a demo.

  • Websites

Sites that look sharp, load fast and start conversations. I write and build each one around what your visitors need to see before they reach out.

  • Internal tools

Dashboards, portals and admin panels your team will actually want to use. Everything that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads today, together in one place.

  • AI integration and automation

I hand your repetitive steps to software, bring in AI only where it earns its place, and keep a person in the loop. Intake, sorting, follow ups and reports that used to eat an afternoon.

  • Process efficiency

I map where your work stalls, doubles up or gets done by hand, then give you a ranked plan to fix it. It's useful on its own, and it's the fastest way to learn what's worth building.

My ventures

Most of my ventures come out of The Arbiter Bibendi, the Las Vegas venture development firm where I'm the system architect. I design and build the software, infrastructure and automation behind every one of them. Three are still under NDA, so I'll tell you what they're chasing, just not what they're called.

Out in the open

  • Touring

    Okulo

Life on tour moves fast, so I gave it one home: every date, plan, dollar and person, shared by the artist and the whole crew traveling with them, wherever tonight's show is.

Live in beta, opens Oct 10

  • Travel and destinations

    RareAccess

The best part of any trip is usually the place you almost missed. RareAccess leads travelers straight to those venues and experiences, and gives development programs, governments and tourism boards a fresh way to draw people to their region.

  • Sales intelligence

    GHOSTBuyer

From the inside, every sales process looks like it works. GHOSTBuyer finds the places where yours is losing buyers and puts a number on what each one costs, so you can fix them before a competitor notices.

    In development, built to sell

  • Music and creative software

    RareAire

A label that puts out software for DJs, producers and artists, some of it free and some of it paid. The last two ventures on this page will be its first releases.

    First releases in development

  • Custom business solutions

    Fogless Labs

The company I cofounded. Bring us a sketch on a napkin or a business that has outgrown its tools, and we'll see it through until it's running in the real world.

Behind closed doors

  • Applied AI, under NDA

The line between knowing and guessing

How much of what your AI tells you would survive a second look? I'm building the instrument that finds out, with a clear map of where a model can be trusted and where it's only sounding sure. Made for teams where almost right still counts as wrong.

    In development

  • Creative software, under NDA

Nothing between you and the song

Ideas arrive fast and leave faster. I'm building software for music makers that's precise enough to trust without thinking, so the tools keep pace with you and every idea makes it onto the track.

    In development for RareAire

  • Performance software, under NDA

    Less prep. More show.

Ask any performer about a great night and they'll tell you about the hours before it, the prep nobody in the room ever sees. I'm building software that shrinks those hours, so you walk in with nothing left to do but play.

    In development, releasing on RareAire

How I work

Four steps, and you decide at every one.

  1. Assess

We start with a conversation and a close look at how your work moves today. You get a short written read on what matters most, so we both know where to begin.

  2. Prototype

Before the full build, you get a paid, working prototype to click through. Real screens and real data, so your next decision rests on something you've used.

  3. Build in stages

Each milestone has a fixed scope, and you sign it off before the next one starts. Every stage ends with something that works and a clear price for what comes next.

  4. Hand off

The code is yours, with clear documentation and a smooth handover. I train the people who'll use it and stay close while it settles in.

The National Revue

Technical lead and implementation consultant

The National Revue is an independent creative studio for entertainers, artists, entrepreneurs and small businesses: websites, branding, video and event support, made to order. In six years there I worked inside client companies, sat with the people doing the work, and replaced the friction with software, sites and automations that stuck.

Got something slowing you down?

Tell me about it in plain words, the way you'd tell a friend. You don't need a spec or the right jargon.
