Privacy
This notice covers deaconroswell.com, including the pages that open when you tap or scan one of my cards. It's written to meet Nevada's online privacy notice law.
What I collect
If you send me a form: your name, your email, and anything you choose to add, such as your company, role and message. When one of my cards is tapped or scanned: the time, which card it was, whether it was tapped or scanned, the type of device (for example iPhone or Android), and an approximate location (city, region, country and a rough map point accurate to several miles). When you make a wallpaper, the idea you type goes to my hosting provider to make the image, and neither the idea nor the image is kept. I don't store IP addresses, and I don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why
To reply to you, to follow up on the conversation you started, and to learn which events and cards lead to conversations.
Who else handles it
The hosting provider that runs this site and stores its data, the email service that delivers my notifications, and an AI provider that helps me sort messages and draft replies.
Never sold
I never sell, rent or trade your information.
